92: ‘She’s Out Of Her Mind’ by blink 182

Will and Taylor have always had an on again/off again relationship. After they skip their latest breakup, they just stop breaking up.  And being together for a longer stretch of time means that surfaces start falling away.

Taylor stops being Will’s perfect dream girl and starts being genuine: An antisocial girl, who likes Bauhaus and is a little crazy sometimes. Not the batshit-crazy jealous woman, she turns into just before their breakups, she just loses her head sometimes. And she’s self-aware enough to apologise for it. And Will finds that he actually really likes the real Taylor.

Taylor sees a deeper layer of Will too. Perhaps a bit deeper than Will himself sees. She sees him working hard on his studies, but he doesn’t seem passionate about it. And she’s worried about him. So one night she tries to tell him that, but it turns into a fight, during which she calls him a know-it-all and he argues that by being a doctor he would help people, so so what if he doesn’t love every moment of his studies? In the end, she admits to having lost her head a bit and apologises.

This hurts Evanescence. She follows her back stage and yells angrily at her. She mocks the adoration her pretence gives her. Fergie has everybody fooled, but not Evanescence. Not anymore. She now knows how insecure she is. Fergie has lost herself in her own lie of strenght. And knowing who Fergie really is, Evanescence longer loves her.Evanescence finishes her long speech by telling Fergie that by fooling everyone else, she herself becomes the fool.

90: ‘You Don’t Know’ by Katelyn Tarver

Sara helps young girls to be more confident.

Katelyn needed a more personal talk. Sara went home thinking that had helped her. But Katelyn arrives at the next class just as down and hard on herself as she was before. Sara tries once again to reach her, but this time the girl snarls at her.

She tells her, she has learned her lesson. She just doesn’t want to be okay right now. She wants to give up and let go, not fight to be better. And she doesn’t want Sara’s advice. Everyone keeps telling her to keep her head up and that she is alright, but no one knows what’s it like to be her. She does realise that this might not be a good way to deal with her issues, but she doesn’t care.

89: ‘Lying Is The Most Fun A Girl Can Have Without Taking Her Clothes Off’ by Panic! At The Disco

Will breaks up with his girlfriend – for good this time. Or at least he tries. Because Taylor is not one for letting people break her heart.

So she makes him jealous by saying she’s okay with that because she has been sleeping with someone while they were apart anyway.

It works. Will no longer wants to lose her and wants her to assure him, that she thought of him, even as she was with this other man. He convinces her that he is smarter and a better kisser and lover than any boy she’ll ever meet.

So they stay together. And of course, like all the times before, they start to fight. After only a slight awakening, they are back to their own teenage brand of love.

Will is with his girlfriend at the moment. He is, however, realising that this relationship – them breaking up when she goes crazy and them getting back together when alcohol paints their relationship in a rosy light – is not meant to last.

87: ‘Sucker for Pain’ by Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa & Imagine Dragons w/ Logic & Ty Dolla $ign ft X Ambassadors

Our three main characters are all working towards something at the moment.

Sara teaches young girls to dance. More than that She teaches young girls to be confident. She takes the pain from her own life and uses it to help them. She makes this so much part of her identity she has tattoos dedicated to it. She has a bit of an attitude. This resonates with young girls who also have the world against them and they gravitate towards her classes, even if they aren’t dedicated to dancing. But she won’t allow them to put in less effort in it because of that. But it does make her very aware of her responsibility, and she continually pressures herself to live up to it.

Will loves partying, but he is also a pre-med. And at the moment he is dedicating more time to that responsibility. He’s going to be a doctor with people’s lives in his hands and he wants to be ready for it. It’s hard and brings a lot of sleepless nights much less enjoyable than the ones he spends partying or with his on-off girlfriend, but it’s worth it.

Fergie is focused too, but her goal is not as noble. She is trying to get to get a woman to leave her husband for her.It is not going well and that hurts. But no way she’s letting the husband (or anyone else for that matter) know that. She keeps up the act that she’s going to steal her from him, even if it is nowhere near true. and unfortunately, she can’t party her way out of this one.
